This tall cuspidor, also known as an ancient brass spitoon, is from Kerala and has a tall, flared neck on a baluster-shaped body and a round, spreading foot. There are two rings on the lip's underside. For chewing tobacco or betel nuts, bronze has a black patina. However, this container would make a great vase or decorative item. It comes in a lovely silver finish.
