Round Tibetan Om Singing Bowl made of Bell Metal

A round Tibetan Om singing bowl for meditation and decoration. It is made of high quality bell metal. It has engravings of motifs and words in Tibetan language. The patterns have been engraved with gold colour on dark brown surface. It can be used with strikers or a wooden mallet by slowly rotating the mallet in a circular motion around the rim of the bowl. The sound produced by the bowl relaxes the human body and mind and relieves stress. They are often used in schools during yoga classes for meditation.
